In WooCommerce → Cartdini, add a text field, name it “Delivery instructions” and choose Order information. Save the configuration.

Start with one optional field.
Upload the ZIP in WordPress → Plugins → Add New. Open WooCommerce → Cartdini, save your field, then complete a test order on staging.
A fresh installation leaves checkout unchanged until you save a configuration.

Show a gift message only when it’s a gift.

Get helpDoes Cartdini work with WooCommerce Checkout Blocks?
Yes. Cartdini Free adds text fields, dropdowns and checkboxes to WooCommerce Checkout Blocks. It does not override existing Blocks fields. Check your checkout type and supported Blocks fields.
Which existing WooCommerce checkout fields can I edit?
On Classic, Cartdini supports company, phone, address line 2 and order notes. It does not override existing Blocks billing or address fields. Those use WooCommerce’s available Checkout block settings. See the exact controls.
Is this a stable release?
Not yet. Free RC11 is a release candidate, available here as a ZIP; it is not listed on WordPress.org. Test your theme, shipping and payment gateway on staging before using it with shoppers. Read the release checks.
Will it change my checkout layout or prices?
Your theme and WooCommerce control the layout. Cartdini collects field answers; it does not calculate surcharges, validate tax registrations or change payment methods.
How do I turn Cartdini off?
Deactivate Pro if installed, then Free. Cartdini’s checkout fields and core overrides stop applying. Saved configurations and historical answers remain stored; Cartdini’s display hooks stop while Free is inactive.
Reactivating an existing installation resumes its saved configuration. Read the storage and deactivation details.
